We have been appointed by a key client who can offer an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing and dynamic team and oversee their subdivision, urban and commercial development projects in NSW. They have been operating in the civil industry for many decades, providing a range of services across the industry’s diverse sectors.
As a project manager, you will provide leadership and technical guidance to team members. You will also display the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating the project strategy and leading the assessment, selection, and management of suppliers, sub-consultants, and contractors associated with projects. You will have to ensure that the delivery of projects meets the time, quality, budgetary as well as health and safety targets.
You will most likely have a degree in Civil Engineering and in excess of 10 years experience with at least 2 years in a project management role, working in earthworks, road construction, land development, and drainage.
You will be provided with an excellent remuneration package and a chance to work on career enhancing projects. This is a privately-owned business with flexibility provided in respect to work arrangements.
