We are working on behalf of a key client who has an exciting opportunity to join their growing and dynamic project management consulting firm.
You are most likely working in an existing role with a client side project management firm, or as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder or as a Project Coordinator with a builder/fit out firm. You will have experience of overseeing and/or assisting the delivery commercial projects.
You will benefit from the support of the senior management's team extensive experience and will be provided an outstanding level of support to develop your experience and skills. You have the potential of quick progression with ongoing and regular reviews.
You will be exposed to a huge diversity of projects within this fast-paced environment overseeing projects in the range of $500K to $30 million including retail, commercial, education, leisure, and both new build and major refurbishments.
You will be responsible, with the support of a leader within the business, for managing projects on behalf of key clients from start to finish from initial feasibility, appointment of the design team, developing tender documentation, running the tender process, appointment of contractors, overseeing the entire construction process and then defects and liabilities. A truly all-encompassing role that will see your own professional development exceed your expectations.
You must be an excellent communicator and be capable of having a "confident and engaging style" with clients. This is a professional and highly successful team who operate with an down to earth and relaxed style.
