For your chance to receive $500 or an Apple iPad all you have to do is the following:

1. Think of friends who work in the construction, mining, oil & gas, power, property, engineering and architectural industries.
2. Call your friend and ask them if they are looking for a new work opportunity.
3. If they are, fill in the application form below online and submit to Constructive Recruitment.
4. Constructive Recruitment will send you a confirmation email.
5. If we successfully place your friend we will inform you once he/she has passed the specified probationary period.

1. The candidate referred by the Referrer ("Candidate") must be successfully placed in a permanent employment or temporary/contract position by Constructive Recruitment Pty Limited.
2. The Candidate must remain employed in the said permanent employment position or temporary/contract for a minimum period of 6 months and one day.
3. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Constructive Recruitment Pty Limited is not liable to pay the reward.
4. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. Please note that this payment should be declared in your annual income tax return  and may be subject to income tax . We recommend the Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
5. Employees of Constructive Recruitment and their immediate relatives (which includes, but is not limited to, spouse, de facto spouse, partner, child, parent, step-parent, step-child, grand parent, step-grand parent) are ineligible to apply.
6. If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Constructive Recruitment’s database, then Constructive Recruitment Pty Limited is not liable to pay the reward.
7. You can submit as many candidates as you like and have the opportunity to win the reward on more than one occasion.
