Prior to setting up Constructive Recruitment David graduated in 1994 in Business and Finance. In 1997 he started his career in recruitment working for an international recruiter for the property and construction industry.
David has successfully managed extensive teams and developed some outstanding relationships within the construction, facilities management, property and development sectors throughout Australia.
GILES KEAYARICS - DIRECTOR
After graduating in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Bristol, England. Giles spent three years as a Chartered Surveyor dealing with the development and sales of commercial projects with DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
Giles has substantial experience managing large teams of consultants in a range of technical based recruitment fields in addition to recruiting directly for clients from the smallest local company to major international consultancies and contractors.
David gained a strong understanding of the civil construction industry having spent the last 12 years working as a carpenter / leading hand on various construction projects around the world.
Upon his return to Australia he spent 18 months with an international recruitment consultancy before joining Constructive Recruitment.
David runs our civil construction division for QLD / NT. He specialises in staff from graduate and foreman level through to senior construction professionals for small to top tier civil contractors.
Upon Graduation from High School Lisa obtained a Certificate II in Business Administration. As her interest in this area advanced Lisa then took part in completing a Certificate IV in Business Administration and gained 11 months experience working in this position. These skills have influenced Lisa to join the Constructive Recruitment team in Brisbane, allowing her to provide administrative and secretarial support to all staff in the Brisbane office.
Travis has gained a strong understanding of the mining industry over the past six years whilst working on mine sites both in SA and QLD. With a background in Mining Earthworks and current studies to include a Diploma of Business (Human Resources) Travis has the ideal combination of business and technical skills.
Travis specialises in placing candidates in Mechanical & Electrical roles throughout Queensland and Northern Territory for a range of industries to include mining, water and power.
David manages our QLD/NT operations and is a qualified structural, civil and mechanical design drafter. He has over six years experience working for a number of consulting engineering firms in Newcastle, Sydney and overseas.
David is a specialist in providing recruitment strategies to clients within the Design EPCM division and places staff from graduate level through to senior engineering professionals. David applies his technical knowledge to better understand his client’s and candidates needs to their full extent.
Rob has recently completed his academic papers for a Bachelor of Business Degree in Management and International Business. Rob brings with him the experience of working as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry dealing with a range of industries to include construction, engineering and industrial. He has a strong customer service work history which has enhanced his ability to form and grow valuable relationships and provide the maximum value for clients and candidates alike.
Rob is responsible for the Mining Operations division and recruits nationally for all roles in this sector to include mining engineers, geologists and managers.
Amy brings four years administration and a high level of customer service experience with her as she joins Perth's Constructive Recruitment team. Utilising her experience and the skills she acquired during that time, Amy provides administrative and secretarial support to the team and assists with the smooth running of the Perth office.
Guy has been fundamental in developing the Engineering and Resources division across all sectors for Constructive Recruitment. He has successfully placed engineering staff throughout Australia including engineers, drafters and project managers.
Guy now specialises in the resources industry and recruits civil, mechanical and electrical staff for clients across all sectors including mining, power, process and petro-chemical industries.
After completing high school in 2006 Laura immediately began work in her chosen field of administration. She is the Office Administrator for our Perth office and helps with the administrative support for the team and the running of the office. She has decided to further her education and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Business Studies whilst working full time.
