Prior to setting up Constructive Recruitment David graduated in 1994 in Business and Finance. In 1997 he started his career in recruitment working for an international recruiter for the property and construction industry.
David has successfully managed extensive teams and developed some outstanding relationships within the construction, facilities management, property and development sectors throughout Australia.
GILES KEAYARICS - DIRECTOR
After graduating in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Bristol, England. Giles spent three years as a Chartered Surveyor dealing with the development and sales of commercial projects with DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
Giles has substantial experience managing large teams of consultants in a range of technical based recruitment fields in addition to recruiting directly for clients from the smallest local company to major international consultancies and contractors.
Daniel has predominantly focussed on new business development and customer relations over the last 9 years. Daniel delivered a service to the Brisbane and Sydney real estate sectors, successfully managing individual and group accounts on an ongoing basis.
Daniel manages our Civil Infrastructure division for Queensland and the Northern Territories. His ongoing development, knowledge and skill recruiting for this sector in his recent role means that he will do what it takes to get the best result for both client and candidate. With a high level of professionalism and a solid understanding of what the clients’ needs are, Daniel will ensure that both clients and candidates receive nothing but first class end-to-end service.
Fiona is a passionate recruitment consultant with over 14 years experience that combines agency and internal recruitment. She has worked with a range of companies from small start ups to large national corporations.
With a more recent background in HR and an active member of AHRI, Fiona has also completed AHRI’s Foundation of Human Resources Certificate.
Her enthusiastic, honest and professional approach, has enabled her to have success in searching and selecting on a wide range of positions from receptionists through to executive management levels. Her attitude and experience has enabled her to quickly build trust and rapport with all stakeholders. Fiona manages the corporate services division in Queensland and the Northern Territory which includes finance, administration, human resources, internal recruitment, occupational and safety, environmental and technology positions.
Michael comes to Constructive with a background of hands-on scientific & technical roles across utilities and service industries and experience recruiting into similar roles. His attention to detail, honesty, and ethical approach to his work has allowed him to develop strong relationships with his candidates and clients alike.
As the Mining – Technical Services Consultant, Michael’s background and attributes are an invaluable advantage as he works with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their needs, and provides exceptional service and open communication to both clients and candidates to deliver results across Engineering, Geoscience, Metallurgical, Process and Environmental roles in the Mining industry.
Travis has gained a strong understanding of the mining industry over the past six years whilst working on mine sites both in SA and QLD. With a background in Mining Earthworks and current studies to include a Diploma of Business (Human Resources) Travis has the ideal combination of business and technical skills.
Travis specialises in placing candidates in Mechanical & Electrical roles throughout the Eastern Seaboard for a range of industries to include mining, water and power.
After graduating from RMIT University in 2001 Jonathan began his professional career in key account management with a telecommunications firm and after a successful yet uneventful three years he decided that life would be far more exciting living on the other side of the world so moved to London, which is where he began his recruitment career back in 2005. He is now using the experience he gained over five years in the UK to head up the Melbourne office Built division recruiting for a wide range of professional positions including project managers, site managers, estimators, contract administrators, quantity surveyors and site supervisors
Jonathan has a passion for the construction industry and this coupled with his extensive knowledge of recruitment will guarantee that both clients and candidates receive a professional service and a positive outcome. Having provided recruitment services to an array of blue chip clients within the UK, Martin moved to Australia to specifically provide the same high quality service to the Australian Property, Construction and Facilities Management markets. He previously specialised in delivering a range of professional recruitment solutions in both the Construction, Property and Facilities Management sectors; he strives to stand out from the crowd by delivering quality and consistency of service. Martin understands the importance of ensuring the recruitment service is tailored to the needs of his clients; delivering the right person to the right role, first time.
An expert in talent identification methods and the ability to head hunt and attract candidates through a variety of methods, he has tailored this expertise with his knowledge of property; both through construction and management of assets. After completing Bachelor of Business Management at the University of Ballarat Tim spent 4 years in facility Management before joining the team at Constructive Recruitment.
Tim now manages the Civil Infrastructure division for Victoria with drive and dedication he prides himself on delivering what is promised to both Clients and Candidates ensuring a high level of professionalism through out the recruitment process. Tim also strives to identify the right opportunities for candidates to ensure not only a good fit for the client but a complimentary fit for the candidate.
Dan graduated from The University of Portsmouth in 2002 with an Economics & Business degree. His early career was in the FMCG industry in customer development before starting in recruitment in the UK in 2007. Since then Dan has worked in the UK and Canadian markets recruiting for various specialised sectors with clients varying in size.
Currently he recruits for the mining industry from our Perth office and specialises in recruiting mining engineers of all levels from Graduates to Senior Engineers. The types of roles he concentrates on include; Mining Engineers, Planning Engineers, Technical Services Managers, Drill and Blast Engineers, Mine Supervisors, Mine Managers and General Managers. Dan focuses on roles predominantly in hard rock mining, iron ore, gold, base metals and diamonds in both open cut and underground mines.
Jon has over 14 years experience in the recruitment industry where he built strong relationships within the UK construction market servicing both permanent and contract vacancies in the private and public sectors. Initially graduating and working within construction, he joined the recruitment industry and worked for two firms in the UK before setting up his own specialist technical recruitment agency in 2003. Jon managed all aspects of the recruitment and running of the business for 8 years before emigrating to Australia.
Jon looks after the Mining sector for WA and is based in our Perth office dealing with a range of positions to include mining engineering, geology and management roles across all commodities.
Jonathan holds a very high moral attitude when it comes to business and his perception of how the recruitment industry should work, believing in an honest and transparent approach with all parties throughout the process.
Coming from an Architecture & Design background with 5 years experience, Mike has a great understanding of the built environment with ambitions and drive to continue developing and learning from the civil construction industry.
Mike will be managing the Civil Construction and M&E division, placing both permanent and contract staff.
Mike's professionalism and attention to detail enables him to gain great understanding of client & candidates alike to ensure a great result for all parties.
Neil's background is in the civil engineering industry having spent five years as a qualified Civil Engineer on site in South Africa and in the UK working for GrinakerLTA, AMEC / Laing O’Rourke JV and McAlpines.
Following that, he has 10 years experience in recruiting professional staff within the constructive industry as a Consultant, State Manager and Director in two international recruitment firms.
Currently he recruits across building construction, civil construction, resource M&E construction and rail construction.
David has been working within the finance and insurance industry for the past 8 years whilst undertaking his studies in a Bachelor Degree in Applied Finance from the University of South Australia in 2011. David has built up a deep understanding of the knowledge and processes involved in all facets of commerce and finance. Successfully managing funds and broking for clients on an individual and collective basis has ensured that David will continue to maintain this top quality service from beginning to end as he transitions into the recruitment industry.
David will be managing the Civil Infrastructure division, placing both permanent and contract staff. He has a deep understanding of what clients needs are and will provide a level of service only him and his colleagues in Constructive Recruitment can offer.

Nicks' background is production planning and customer service based
roles in South Africa, which has helped his transition into the
recruitment industry. Nick has five years experience with a UK based
recruiting consultancy specialising in contract and temporary
recruitment for the construction industry.
Nicks' knowledge of the total build process from cradle to grave
combined with his experience with both multinational and local building
& construction companies helps him deliver the best results for both
candidates and clients alike.

Nidhi has substantial recruitment experience acquired over the last six year within both local and international markets. She has a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and her portfolio has included Architecture, Procurement, Engineering and Construction within highly established businesses and start up operations. She has worked with high caliber candidates ranging from operational staffing through to Senior Management.
Nidhi specialises in Engineering Consultancies within a variety of roles based in the Perth office. She is a passionate, results orientated recruiter who builds long, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. She takes a consultative approach to her work and a lot of pride in providing honest advice and being transparent throughout the full recruitment process to deliver the best possible outcomes to all parties involved.
Janine is employed by Constructive Recruitment as a Team Administrator, providing all administrative support to the Perth office and its consultants across all sectors.
Following an apprenticeship in Office Management, she brings over 10 years of administrative and secretarial experience having worked in the marketing industry as well as for the government in Switzerland.
Janine enjoys working as part of a dedicated team and being the first point of contact for clients and candidates. Her open and friendly nature is widely appreciated by all.
Emma’s passion for recruitment started through the building and running of her own business in Perth over the last six years. Emma has had experience in managing staff, sourcing, screening and interviewing potential employees.

Adam is a graduate from the University of North London, with a Higher National Diploma (Hons) in Marketing and Business Management. His background is predominantly in real estate gaining extensive knowledge of property management encompassing all aspects of maintenance.
Adam currently manages the National Mining Operations division at Constructive Recruitment, recruiting for technical engineers and statutory mining professionals in NSW. With over 4 years experience in technical mining recruitment, Adam typically places Mining Engineers, Geologists, Mine Surveyors, Mine Deputies and Undermangers.
Adam successfully completed a bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management and Business Law) at the University of Wollongong in 2010. After working as a student advisor for UOW accommodation services in 2008, Adam moved into a role within the construction industry, gaining hands on experience in building construction and infrastructure.
Adam is now managing our mechanical and electrical infrastructure division in NSW and ACT specialising in a range of industries to include mining, water and power. He recruits for all levels of staff from supervisor to director and for all aspects of design construction and maintenance.
Brooke graduated with a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from the University of Newcastle in 2009. She is an enthusiastic and driven person with outstanding communication and relationship building skills. Her knowledge of the built environment and exceptional people skills makes Brooke an asset to the Constructive team.
Brooke is the National Candidate Manager for the business and is responsible for managing the candidate process, marketing, advertising, social media and all candidate sourcing strategies. She is an innovative thinker with a dynamic attitude toward the recruitment process. Brooke is responsible for putting Constructive Recruitment ahead of its competitors in terms of candidate generation and candidate service.
Danielle is the Team Administrator for the Sydney Constructive Recruitment Office. She provides support for the recruitment team and performs general administration tasks.
Danielle completed a Certificate II in Information Technology, as well as a Diploma in Business Marketing at TAFE NSW. She comes from a background in Sales Management, with over 4 years experience in the industry. From this background she brings skills in building and supporting teams.
Eimear has lived and worked in Sydney since 2008 after completing a Certificate 3 & 4 in Business Management and Marketing. She has worked in a range of different industries including finance, telecommunications and most recently working in a management role within an Australia based company named IGEA Group.
Eimear has vast experience managing both new and existing client accounts and this strong grounding enables her to provide a professional and personalised service to clients and candidates. Eimear manages the Building Design division for NSW & ACT for Constructive Recruitment, dealing with both temporary and permanent positions for all levels, from graduates to senior business leaders. Our Building Design division encompasses Architecture, Interior Design, HVAC, Electrical Services, Fire, Hydraulics and Building Structures Design.
Guy started with Constructive Recruitment and his recruitment career in 2004. Initially Guy recruited for technical staff within the consulting arena, placing qualified candidates ranging from drafters through to engineers and senior manager, for both national and international companies.
In 2005 Guy initiated Constructive Recruitments Resources sector focusing on operations, construction and maintenance for mining, power and oil and gas projects. In 2006 He was responsible for managing a small team of consultants providing recruitment solutions to clients and candidates in NSW, QLD and WA.
When the opportunity arose in 2007, Guy moved to Western Australia to set up Constructive Recruitments office in the west and was promoted to State Manager. Here he was responsible for day to day management, operations and recruitment both internal and external staff.
Since the Start of 2009, Guy returned to Sydney where he is currently working as a the National Manager for oil and gas providing a range of recruitment services to clients and candidates alike.
Helen comes from a customer service background within travel working in several European locations as a holiday representative dealing with a wide range of people ensuring the highest customer service was delivered to exceed customer expectations, this lead to working for a large UK airline both on the ground and onboard the flights.
Helen found her niche working within recruitment delivering both quality customer service to candidates and clients together with a passion for sales, with over 7 years experience within the industry making her mark in the construction sector specialising in white collar positions and experience of both temporary and permanent recruitment.
Helen has worked in the Sydney construction market for nearly four years and is proud of her ability to develop and maintain good working relationships across the board. With over 6 years contract recruitment experience Natasha is an expert in responding to niche business requirements in exceptionally tight timeframes. Natasha manages the Civil Infrastructure sector for NSW & ACT specialising in contract positions such as Civil Designers & Drafters. Temporary assignments can range from one week to longer contracts which can often last for years.
As Administration Manager for Constructive Recruitment Michelle heads up and coordinates the administration team based across the Eastern states which includes our Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne offices as well as providing administrative support and executive assistance to the Company Directors.
With over 10 years experience in administration, office management and business support at an executive level, predominantly within the property industry, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. She is highly motivated and professional with a strong background in customer service and a passion for project and event management.
Daniel graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc Honors Degree in English. Prior to joining Constructive Recruitment he successfully recruited in the Civil Engineering and Building sectors for two large consultancies in the UK, placing professional staff to Director level. With a solid recruiting background, Daniel has a firm understanding of his clients’ requirements and offers a bespoke service to match their needs.
Daniel recruits within the Infrastructure Division, focusing on both Civil/ Rail Construction and Engineering. Daniel specialises in placing high calibre candidates within a variety of roles across rail, highways and water, including Civil / Project Engineers, Project Managers, Track Supervisors, Designers, Drafters, and Directors in a demanding civil/ rail infrastructure sector.
Dan has come from a telecommunications background where he has been highly involved in account management for the duration of his career. His excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills saw him become recognised as one of the top performers at both a national and state level. He has had experience in managing a team of consultants, setting goals and aiding in the training process for new co-workers.
Dan is currently working in the mining maintenance division where he places candidates within both metalliferous (hard rock) and coal mine sites across the east coast of Australia. Dan’s exceptional communication and customer service skills are the key to his success in gaining a great understanding of the candidates and the clients needs, ultimately creating the best and most productive experience for all involved.
Elaine has excellent communication skills gained whilst working within different areas including both public and private sector. She has five years experience within the market research industry, where she conducted interviews on behalf of various companies operating in a wide variety of industries. During her time in the market research industry she met with both existing and potential clients to discuss progress and quality of research. After completing a Business Management course in Dublin City University, Elaine developed a strong skills set including analytical, diagnostic and reflexive skills.
Elaine now manages the Corporate Services division across New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory, specifically recruiting support and administration roles for site based positions or head office within Human Resources, Finance, Administration, OH&S and Industrial Relations departments.
Following his graduation in 2003 from Hull University in the UK, Steven joined a high profile residential real estate company in London. Steven was initially employed as a Leasing Agent and was then promoted into a Property Valuation role. He was with the company for over two years and gained valuable experience in maintaining client relationships and achieving the highest standards of service.
Steven is now managing the Civil Construction division at Constructive Recruitment and deals with a range of mid to top tier civil contractors.
Klaire has worked in Sydney for the last two years with various corporate accounts departments. Klaire previously work in London for over three years for KPMG and Deloittes, specialising in tax consultancy and private equity. Klaire currently works in our Sydney office, supporting the Financial Manager dealing specifically with temporary payroll.
Tara brings over fifteen years of experience to her role as Finance Manager with Constructive Recruitment and will be heading up our Finance Department providing support nationally to all teams. Tara has worked in various accounting departments across a diverse range of industries including over four years in Recruitment, this enables Tara to support our business with a true understanding and appreciation for what is required to succeed in our field. Tara is highly motivated and an excellent communicator, her natural ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike provides Constructive Recruitment with a great asset to our Finance Team. Tara is currently completing her Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
